Analysis of Scientific and Technological Perspectives on the Development of New Food Products from Family Farming

This study aimed to identify the development of new food products related family farming from scientific and technological perspectives. Data were collected literature patent documents in Scopus National Institute Industrial Property databases, using a combination terms, such as “family farm* OR small-hold agricultur* labor size peasant agriculture* food* product* AND product*”.
